Attorneys are responsible for obtaining the recording from OSAH. To have it sent directly to me, send a 5"x 8" padded envelope, stamped and addressed to Donna L. Brown, CCR at the address shown above..

Delivery is approximately three weeks after receipt of media to be transcribed. Call if transcript is needed sooner.
